Affairs of the Court

Between the corners of the burned buildings, and above the dirty street, there is a blue door. One it was gilded with swirls and elegant script, but now it is unreadable. Inside, on the other side of a mahogany desk is a woman with black hair. The squeak of the door attracts her attention from her book of events. She smiles, and hisses between her fanged teeth.

"Took you long enough to find me."
