Good evening, Hunters.
Dahlia Court is developing before our eyes. In less than a month we have welcomed new members and lost dear friends. We have formed groups dedicated to creating content within the game, such as lore and video work.
We have also seen most of the first rounds of The Maelstrom Massacre, and will probably finish Round one this week end.
That said, before we continue the update and celebrate the changes that our guild has undergone, we would like to address an important issue. We must be civil at all times to our guild mates, particularly after fighting them in matches. Trash talking can be funny and competitive, but when people get hurt, it has gone too far. The same can be said in the opposite direction. Don't let anger take the best of you. Keep a level head, and if you feel it has gone too far, report it to the officers. DO NOT take it into your own hands. Anger makes people do things they can regret. Do not find yourself on the business end of the ban hammer.
On a lighter note, we are celebrating the release of our character lores. The lore of Hotshotkixx and Chaoscaine were released on Monday. Today, we are releasing the lore of Loganus, The Executrix. I would like to thank the members of the writers in the guild, Bloodfae, Hypervain57, and the newest addition, Wynterguard for their work. I look forward to the other creations that will come.
Some of the new members that have joined us are made of metal and software; The Dahlia Court now has bots living in the discord! They include Dino (For functions use ?help), Tastsumaki (t!help), and the EZL bot ($help), who can only be used in the laboratory. The Laboratory is the designated channel for testing out bots, so don't hesitate to have fun! Particularly check out the EZL bot, as it records Vainglory stats and can be used to compare players.
The season reset is upon us, and will occur on Wednesday next week. Not only will we be seeing some awesome new skins and a new character, we will be seeing the first time Dahlia Court will begin on the same footing as the other guilds. I am confident we will be able to reach our goal of level 70 next season, staking our claim on the Vainglory guild roster. Make sure to team up constantly with your guild mates and learn from esports, docublogs, and each other constantly. We don't have a full guild, so it's going to be tough guys, so make sure that you generate as much guild fame as possible.
